This image has been knocking about in my head for ages.  Ever since we attended a wedding on the banks of Derwentwater in 2016.

In what is pretty much a true representation of the scene, I have used the upright Scots Pine as the centrepiece of the composition.  I love how you get these really mature trees standing head and shoulders above everything else in a landscape
